Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and the intention-based, personal, and ritual use of many Lunar & Vine items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Crystals and gemstones
- Candles and ritual items
- Curated gift boxes
- Zodiac and seasonal collections
- Limited edition or handmade pieces
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will gladly replace the item or issue a resolution in these rare cases.
Why All Sales Are Final
Each Lunar & Vine piece is carefully handled, energetically curated, and often prepared for personal or ritual use. For hygiene, energetic integrity, and quality assurance, returned items cannot be resold or re-circulated.
